Dustin McClellan bio

Dustin is staff development and agency support coordinator at AFS, and hails from the town of Lincoln in Northwest Arkansas, after honing his skills at Arkansas Tech University and the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith. With a passion for human services covering more than 20 years, his career began working at a preschool for children with disabilities, eventually managing two such preschools. At AFS, he strives to bolster the agency’s mission and vision with his blend of hospitality mentorship and his insatiable appetite for technology accelerators.

Off duty, he’s a self-proclaimed culinary maestro on the grill, an avid college football enthusiast, a Lego aficionado, and a regular at Disney World.
