Vision Statement

AFS, Inc. shall be the Waiver Services Provider of choice with our service area for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families.

The ID/DD field is a human enterprise. We will make mistakes.  When we do, we will acknowledge them, take responsibility for them, correct them and strive to prevent them in the future. Accountability is everything in our field.
