AFS, Inc. is committed to providing the highest quality community-based Waiver Services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families.


Vision Statement

AFS, Inc. shall be the Waiver Services Provider of choice with our service area for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families.
